QD Bone spur pad

We developed this this heel wedge to help people with bone spurs, heel spurs (Plantar fasciitis). QD Bone Spur Pad is a heel wedge/insole with a depression in the area where plantar heel spurs tend to occur. Depending on individual symptoms, the plug can be left in or removed. The heel wedge is self-adhesive, providing good fixation in the shoe. An excellent support on your journey to better results.
